As much as I love pulling a fun outfit together, when I get home at night, the first thing I do is switch into something comfortable. Where are all these cozy outfits you say? Truth be told, my casual look is not all that exciting, so you’ll rarely find it on AskSuzanneBell – until today. Around the house, you’ll usually find me in a pair of leggings, a cozy tunic, and uggs or wool socks. Of all the leggings I love (HERE), the pair you’ll usually find me lounging around in, is the wide waistband legging from Hue (read more on Hue HERE) – until now.
Last month, independent LuLaRoe consultant, Erin Hautop, contacted me and asked if I would be willing to try out a pair of LulaRoe leggings. After wearing mine around this past month, it’s time to share, because ladies, they are that good!
What I love about LuLaRoe leggings are the fit. With a high, wide waistband – they stay up like no other! Incredibly soft – perfect for lounging around, or layering under dresses or skirts – not too thick, they hold their shape and don’t bag at the knees. And last, the price. You can’t find a legging of this quality, and comfort for $25.00 – at least not that I have found.
What to wear with your leggings? I love the LuLaRoe Irma Tunic.
Paired here, with my Lululemon printed yoga pants, the Irma is the perfect butt-cover. I sized down to an XS so I could wear it as a top with jeans. If I wanted to wear the Irma solely as a tunic/legging combo , I would get my regular size small, for a bit of a longer length – to better cover the crotch area.
That said, by layering a longer tank or tee under Irma, I get the crotch covered, when wearing my leggings.
And am able to wear my Irma with denim as well.
I love the high-low hem and 3/4 sleeve.
Makes for an easy to wear 1/2 tuck top, with denim.

A little more about LuLaRoe, and how to purchase LulaRoe Clothing
What is LuLaRoe?
A line of incredibly comfortable and affordable clothing that is designed to fit women, men and children of all ages, sizes and shapes. The company currently designs about 31 different styles, but are most well known for their crazy soft leggings that are made in fun and bold patterns. And if you are looking for something to wear with your leggings, don’t despair, there are plenty of shirts, skirts, sweaters and dresses to fit your needs. Consultants carry sizes that range from XXS – 3XL, so there truly is something for every ‘body’.
Where do you buy the clothes?
There are no catalogues so you purchase directly through independent business owners at pop up boutiques, private online shopping groups, and other events. Consultants also choose which styles they carry so you will not see the same inventory at each party.
What makes LuLaRoe unique?
Unlike big retailers, LuLaRoe produces very limited quantities in each print. Production is limited to about 5,000 pieces of clothing in a particular print, making it possible for you to have a piece of clothing in your closet that no one else in your area owns. In addition, consultants are not able to request prints, just sizes and styles. So, the moral of the story, if you find a print and love it, get it! Once it’s gone, you may never see it again.
Where is the clothing manufactured?
Initially clothing was made in the USA. However, due to rapid increases in demand, international factories have been opened. That said, they are very diligent in production to ensure fair wages and good working conditions.
So, how do I shop?
Los Altos has a local consultant who hosts open houses in her home and is also willing to schedule in home pop ups. In addition to in-home shopping, she also hosts online sales through her private Facebook group. She is happy to answer questions and have you over to check out the clothes.

Disclaimer: One of the perks of being a style blogger, is that I am regularly asked to review clothing, shoes, etc. Most reviews you see on AskSuzanneBell are items I have selected and reviewed, on my own dime. I will only share an item that has been gifted to me, if I truly love it myself. These leggings and tunic were gifted to me by Lularoe, but reviews are my own. My daughter and I both love the entire Lularoe line and are thrilled that Erin introduced us to it.
