My lackluster feeling for stripes is made up for in my love of animal print. Leopard print, python, snake, in all shades and colors makes my style heart swoon. Lucky for me, snake prints are making a comeback for 2019 (did they ever leave? LOL). Winter/Spring 2019 brings us chic snake prints in pretty pleated midi skirts (my fave!), flowy pants, statement dresses to luxe accessories in handbags, belts, and shoes. Imagine (THIS) pleated midi skirt paired with a pair of boots and (THIS) chunky sweater. Or how about (THIS) dress, tall boots, and a faux fur vest? I recently ordered (THIS) pair of snake mules during the Nordstrom 1/2 Yearly Sale (NOW 60% off!) and THIS croc belt– both run TTS and were featured in Tuesday InstaStories. And in the event you are looking to dabble in the trend, I think (THESE) bangles are a big bang for your buck at $29.99 for a set of 3 over at H&M.
Not sure about snake prints?
Well, check this out! Starting this month, on the first Monday of each month going forward, I will be partnering with 6 fabulously stylish ladies to show you just how versatile some of this year’s trends can be. This month, you guessed it, we are all over snake print! I love to see how different women style one trend, and as you will see, we all style the trends differently, which is why this is so fun! So, once you check out what’s happening here, why not hop on over to their blogs and take a look at how they styled their chic snake? Clockwise from top meet my fashionably chic friends, with links to their blogs next to their names.

Hi Andrea! Well, I say if you love animal print, perhaps give snake a try! I love it in th spring as I feel it’s a bit “lighter” than ANimal print – though as you can see I wear both year round!
In addition to the pieces above, I found some fab pieces over at Zara on really good sale, may be worth a peek! If I like any, I’ll share them here later this week…Thanks for stopping by and linking up your colorful photo I love!

Hi Jess! SO those sandals are a wardrobe favorite of mine. Not only do I love the snake, they are so comfortable – I wear them for work alot in the warmer months! Isn’t that funny about stripes? I try to work them in, but it just never seems to work out for me, I just don’t feel like myself. I’m so excited to be a part of the group as well, What fun!

Hi Carrie! I too have a ton of leopard, but was surprised when challenged by the group, I discovered I had some snake already in my closet! Aren’t those bags fabulous! Bags and shoes are a great way to work in the trend, and are moe timeless than a piece of clothing IMO.
Thanks for stopping by!
