October 8th, 2011. The day, my love for Alexis Bittar, began.
I’ll back it up a bit.
Labor Day Weekend, 4 years ago, I was telling my girlfriend Phoenix about these gorgeous jewelry pieces, that I recently had come across, at Nordstrom.
“Alexis Bittar, I think it was called”.
My fashionable, world-traveling friend, perked up. “Alexis Bittar? Wait, I’ve met him! The next time you are in New York, you HAVE to stop by his boutique in Soho! You will not believe the gorgeous pieces in that boutique.”
Whaaat?
What luck! I had a trip in the works, for the following month – I made a note, to check the place out.
Well, cut to October 2011 , while visiting the City with my husband, I informed him we had a pit stop to make.
We popped into the small boutique – I was in awe. The pieces, were so gorgeous. Even my husband was drawn to the unique craftsmanship, and artistry; of each of the pieces on display.
Two hours later, I left – contemplating this piece:
Two days later, before we left the City, my husband surprised me, and purchased this stunning piece, for my birthday.
Still loving this bracelet, 4 years later in Las Vegas – I paired it up with a pair of Alexis Bittar, grey lucite drop earrings. Similar HERE.
So, that’s where it all began – it’s been a love affair since.
Via the Alexis Bittar website:
Described in 2013, as “One Of The Greatest Jewelry Designers Of The 21st Century”, Alexis Bittar Went From Hawking His Wares On The Streets Of New York, To Selling His Eponymous Jewelry Collections In More Than 34 Countries Around The Globe.
It’s quite a story!
As we enter into the Holiday Season, the question which often arises is; “I have the dress, now what accessories?”
For me, my go-to, is always Alexis Bittar.
Below, is a look at a few of my personal favorites.
As you scroll down, I’ve listed some of the retailers that are promoting Alexis Bittar this weekend The list includes pieces on the Alexis Bittar site. Alexis Bittar is one of the few vendors, that isn’t always on sale. If you watch though, you can sometimes catch pieces on sale. I have gotten lucky before, and have come across beautiful pieces at consignment shops, like Milly Mango in Burlingame.

Beautiful jewelry! I had not been familiar with Alexis Bittar. Thanks for the introduction, although it may be dangerous…
You have some great pieces! I just browsed the website – I could take one of each…
Have a great weekend!
You are so right Andrea, very dangerous. But, what I love is year to year I add a different piece here, and there – and it’s always something different – yet the pieces always go together. Happy to hear you enjoyed the post! Have a great weekend! XX
