Target is just plain dangerous. I walk in to pick up some paper towels and next thing I know I’m checking out shoes, vase filler, towels and body lotion. So random, but as you all know, whenever I come across some great finds at Target, I love to share. So let’s get down to business!
Who remembers the Proenza Schouler Raffia Slide from last spring/summer? I was obsessed – all summer long. But no way was I was stepping up to a $600+ price tag on a raffia sandal! True to form, this on-trend shoe has been knocked off by everyone this year, including our friends at Target, for $23.00. Yes, I bought a pair. Reviews say they run true to size, however I did size down a 1/2 size because I thought my usual 8 1/2 was just a bit too roomy.
Next Stop, Home Decor!
I recently gave my dining room, kitchen and great room a mini facelift (more on that in an upcoming post, so stay tuned!). In order to “de-winterize” the space, one step was to get rid of dusty vase fillers and artificial plants that no longer had life left in them. Lo and behold what do I come across after leaving the shoe department …. an awesome selection of vase fillers!
Vase Filler Cork Stoppers, Lemon Vase Filler, Moss Ball Fillers – all $9.99 each
Have you checked out Hearth & Hand with Magnolia?
It’s the home and lifestyle brand by Chip and Joanna Gaines and it’s fabulous!
I think the New Tassel Collection from Threshold is so fresh and fun!
Next up at Target, Opalhouse coming 4/8/2018!
Project 62 Outdoor
I love the new black and white collection from Project 62. I’m especially in love with the stripe lumbar pillow which could be used in or outdoors.
My Fave Body Lotion Right Now!
Curel Hydra Therapy. Apply lotion BEFORE you towel off, on to wet skin. It’s activated by water and claims to penetrate deep into the skin surface. Bonus, you don’t have to wait for your lotion to sink in before getting dressed!
Great Vacation Read!
If you liked Girl on the Train, you’ll love Into the Water! Another winner by Paula Hawkins!

I l I love all of your finDs from target. The shoes are so well styled and I agree they look very much like they’re more expensive counterparts . I h I have always loved their home goods section and love your selections from Joanna Gaines .
there is not a location near me otherwise I would be just like you. It might be my home away from home !!

Hi Jan! Thank you for stopping by! Yes, Target can be dangerous, but boy do they have some fun fashion at great prices! I love it for trends I don’t want to invest and pay big bucks for…alot of trend for the buck in my opinion! xx
