Festive Fur | Holiday Outfit Ideas

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve probably figured out – I kinda have a thing, for animal print.

My second obsession – faux fur.

I’ve always had a thing for faux fur, even when it wasn’t the big trend. And when I couldn’t find what I was looking for – resale shops were my go-to (still a great place to look for unique pieces!)

I especially love faux fur during the holidays – it just makes me feel festive, and cozy.

Here’s a look, at how I’ve been wearing my favorite fur pieces, over the past few weeks.

I picked up this DVF Carrington jacket, over at the Nordstrom Rack, this past fall.

There is was, sitting all by it’s lonesome, amongst some tee shirts and blouses.

for a relaxed, holiday family gathering.

It runs true to size, it’s more of an outwear piece vs a fashion piece.

It’s so warm and cozy, I’ve even worn it OVER my leather jacket,

and over a cardigan.

Faux fur accessories:

This collar, actually came off another sweater I own.

Fur collars are everywhere this season, and can be found at every price, and color.

Since this collar is removable, I can move it onto other items –  for a different look.

I got a bit hot, and had to remove the collar – but, I preferred the look, with the collar.
