2. Weighted Blanket Love
I received the Bearaby Organic Cotton Weighted Knit Blanket as a christmas gift and have been obsessed ever since. A little on the pricier side for weighted blankets, what I love about the Bearaby is that I don’t heat up under it, and it doubles as a throw for on the couch. It’s a super luxe blanket and I am totally hooked. If you are looking for a more economical option for a weighted blanket, my son loves his Sealy Weighted Blanket from Bed Bath and Beyond.
I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this blanket for my 16 year old. What I like most about it is particular blanket is (1) the cover is removable and (2) the quilted design keeps the inner beads from shifting around within the blanket. So far, my son is very happy with it. The Altavida 12-lb. weighted blanket is a good value at under $31.99, but it doesn’t come with a washable cover, which made it a no-go for me. It also is only available in 12 pounds. (PRESS HERE) if you’d like to check it out at Kohls and read the reviews for yourself.
**note, my son and I both experienced wild and vivid dreams the first few times sleeping under our weighted blankets. I’ve read this is not unusual **

Suzanne… do you have any pics on Insta of you in the Peggy jeans? You look great in so many things but I look at the model in them and not sure about those! Looks like they balloon out so much in the leg. Thx!
Hi Nicole! I wore them yesterday, but didn’t take a photo. They have a high waist, fit skim through the hip, and then balloon out to turn taper back at the ankle. If you don’t want the “barrel shape” you may not like them. What I like most about them is that they don’t bow out at the waist and hip , they are fitted through the lower hip and then bow out. One other thing to mention is that the denim has no stretch, so you need to be ok with that feel.
Hope that helps, lmk if you have more questions!
If you are looking for the ballon jean look, madewell has a pull on version, now on sale on top of sale that I linked in my stories with a photo if you want to see. The difference between the madewell and j crew Peggy was, I felt the Peggy was more flattering in the butt and hip (for a baggy jean)
