Is it just me or did this month fly by?
Before we say good-bye let’s take a look back on the best of the blog, February.
With the Grammys, Oscars, new movie premieres and nighttime drama we had our share of celebrity inspiration this month!
Nails
Pink and nude nails are trending
I loved Ariana Grande’s whited-out nails at the Grammys!
I came across a very similar color over at Julep Maven
A tea rose crème ‘CARLA’, HERE
Anyone notice Jennifer Aniston’s pale pink toes and nails at the Oscars last week?

And that shoe?
Oh yes, that’s the celeb fave ‘Nudist Sandal’ by Stuart Weitzman HERE in 8 colors | nordstrom.com
Jen’s of course were dyed to match her amazing dress!
My girlfriend wearing the “it” shoe in black at a party this weekend, HOT!
Don’t want to pay $398.00 for the ‘Nudist ‘Sandal?

This style of sandal looks great with jumpsuits, crop pants, dresses and skirts for a sassy out-on-the town / legs look longer look.
Gwen looked stunning at the Grammy’s in her talked-about black jumpsuit

This month we talked about jumpsuits in two different posts HERE and HERE.
Jumpsuits are everywhere this season available in everything from minimalist to sassy on the town styles.
I see this easy to wear style as replacing a few of my maxi dresses that I have lived in the past few seasons.
Available in all pant styles; wideleg crop, crop, culotte and full length wide leg there truly is a style for everyone willing to try it out.
The key is; like when pant shopping, finding the fit and look that works for you.
Think of jumpsuits as a dress with legs.
Like a dress, the top may fit great but not the bottom or vise versa. Get the one that fits you best on top or bottom, then have the other half tailored for a great fit.

We found all kind of great styles, but out favorite find was the denim short from Gap (top left)
A bit longer than last years style, but in a good way. Perfect length for school with an adjustable waist up to size 18.

Last up, my latest lipstick obsession:
This is a trio that was on promo at Sephora around Valentines Day.
Yes, mixed reviews on the movie but this set was a winner!
The best item in the set is the Aqua Rouge lip color | 18 colors | $24.00 HERE
I picked up color #14, Light Rosewood as an everyday neutral.
If you are looking for a lipstick with REAL staying power, you may want to check this one out!
We may still be in the cold temps, but I am getting excited for spring!
With a new season comes new fashion, anyone else have closet clean out on the brain?
See you back in March for another month of fun!
Thanks for stopping by,
XOXO

Great roundup Suzanne, Culotte’s are still on my list of “want to try” and will certainly let you know when I do. As for the pale nails, you’ve totally inspired me for my next mani. x

Hi Melissa! I am still looking for a pair to try as well. I like the Bailey44 but have yet to see them in person and the Vince Camuto already sold out! My guess is it will come back in stock if it sold out so quickly this early. I thought of you last weekend when I was at Anthropologie and saw those cute floral jogger silk pants, so fun! I didn’t have time to try them on but they looked super cute and the colors were great! XO
Oh, and I can’t wait to see what nail combo you put together!
