Earlier this week, I shared some fabulous Target finds, to update your look for fall. Not wanting to miss out on the party myself, I picked up a few pieces, which include this Fashion Union fringe black and white poncho, Merona brown knot belt, along with the Merona printed blouse.
Excited to work these fun pieces into my existing wardrobe, I had an opportunity to wear each piece this week (the blouse has been out on the town, twice), let’s take a look.

Here I am headed out to a morning coffee get-together with girlfriends, before a casual-Thursday (that exists, right?) workday. Merona blouse worn here, with flare jeans.

Next up, my Merona blouse, styled up with a poncho, and straight leg jeans:
I was dressed, and headed out the door for the day, wearing the knot belt and this poncho layered over the blouse – but whoa, way too hot!
So, I quickly switched things up, adding a lighter weight layer piece, which worked much better with the temps, on this particular day!

I would love to pair this poncho up with skinnies and tall boots, or even booties, but the weather around here is in flux – I need to be able to peel off layers, by noon. The wedge sandals work as a transition shoe.
Knot Belt | Merona | HERE | $16.99
This was another hot day in these parts, so I opted to wear a tank under my vest. Later in the season, I would pair this vest up with a turtleneck, or long sleeve tee.

you had me at knot belt… grrreat accessory ! wow there are some cool garments at the local Target…gotta get that belt…you look great in everything … no disputng that !
That know belt is pretty fantastic! I have already been wearing it – at $16.99 it’s a no brainer! Get one before they are gone! PS I did find it ran a little small, especially if you want to belt it over a poncho. Just if you are in between sizes, may want to size up!
