We’ve been here before. Whenever I buy something full price at Anthropologie, it often goes on sale the next week. So I try to wait it out, play the sale game. If you’ve been holding out for the big Anthro sale, now might be the time to take a peek. Anthro’s Tag Sale began Thursday, and loads of Fresh Cuts were added. Sure, items may get further reduced with that “extra percent off” sale that usually hits during the tag sale, but will your size still be around? That’s the risk us savvy shoppers take. I like to get my size and keep my receipt, in the event my items drops in price before the package hits my doorstep (yes that happens, it’s June/July sale time!). I’ve gone ahead and rounded up a few of my favorites at the end of this post, but there is sooo much more!
How to Link to Items Featured in Sets on AskSuzanneBell.com
I’ve had a few questions on how to link to an item you like in a set. In the sets below, simply click the photo, then click through the Polyvore link, this will take you to the Anthropologie site. Sorry for the extra step, but it is the easiest way to send a bunch of links your way. I am currently researching an easier one-step method to link my sale picks, but in the meantime Polyvore will have to do. Polyvore often will say your item is sold out when it is not, so click through to double check. If your item is still sold out, I suggest you call Anthropologie Customer Service. They are super helpful and will give you a list of stores that have that item you are after, in your size. I have never been charged shipping costs when I call a store direct – another bonus!
Today’s Style Share
Before we get to my Anthropologie sale picks, I wanted to share this oh-so-Anthro summer dress by Red Carter (HERE); picked up during the last round of markdowns at my local store. The ‘Estina Embroidered Dress’ was one of those loners, just hanging there in the sale closet with my name on it. What’s odd is this same dress is available for $99.95 as the Red Carter “Palisades” dress, also on Anthroploogie.com. The $59.95 version is (HERE), but I’ve linked the other below in the event your size sells out. Cool and comfortable, it’s been with me to the pool as well as a back yard BBQ. I kept it simple with my gold Gorjana hoops, JCrew sandals and jade beaded bracelets. This style of dress can be tricky if you don’t want to wear a strapless bra, so I like to pick up a Coobie bra at Amazon in a coordinating color. I’m wearing a white Coobie here because my denim blue one was in the wash. These are one of my favorite bras, to wear under summer dresses.

Thank you Patti! Breezy is the right word for this dress. So comfortable and cool in the heat, yet enough going on in the design that I don’t feel like I am wearing a sack 🙂
