$100 Kitten Heel Sandal

What I like about this thong sandal is its versatility. Paired with a breezy dress, a pair of jeans, or dressed up for a special occasion, this style could take you anywhere this summer. Available in multiple colors, metallic and denim, read more, here.

LeSportsac x Libertine Summer Collection

A very stylish friend of mine arrived the other day at lunch with the most fun crossbody bag. “Are you ready?” she said. “LeSportsac!” Her practical yet chic bag was from the new collaboration between LeSportsac and Libertine. Here is a look at her actual cross-body bag. There are four wonderful prints available in various styles to browse on the LeSportsac site., (here) | Neiman Marcus (here) | Bergdorfs (here) LeSportSac X Libertine

A Really Great Bag Organizer

Designed to fit the Longchamp Le Pilage bags, I also use this organizer in my summer basket totes. Under $20, in 3 sizes, 14 colors, Amazon (here)

Cover Girl Outlast All Day Lip Color

I have been using Jane Iredale Matte Lip Stain for years – and love it – but I have to say, this two-step, transfer-resistant Lip Color from Cover Girl, not only lasts longer throughout the day, it’s friendlier on the wallet and is available in a broader color range, $8.89 (target)

My Favorite Belt

The Treasure and Bond Oval Buckle Leather Belt is available in black, cognac, and dusty pink. What I love about this belt is the burnished oval buckle, it looks more expensive than it is and works with many looks. Nordstrom | $49.00

Stretch Belt

Sometimes I want to add shape to my summer dresses, skirts, or pants, and a stretch belt does just that; without adding bulk or heaviness. Stretch raffia belts can be found at every price – like this one for $20 at Target. I have tried a few from Amazon, but the quality was just OK and the buckle felt cheap to me, so I donated mine and am currently looking for a replacement. For me, it’s all about the buckle, here’s a few I am eyeing right now.

Sandwashed Silk Pant

I’ve been looking for relaxed, wide-leg, flowy silk pants for some time now – without much luck – until I came across the Sandwashed Silk Gemma Pant from Faherty. I had difficulty deciding between ivory and bronze, but ultimately went with the bronze as I felt it would work with many pieces in my wardrobe. The washed silk is super soft and gives a vibe that you can dress up or down, the elastic waist (in the back only) allows for movement and comfort. I plan to have these hemmed to my flat sandals so I can wear them day or night. The regular price was $248, marked down to $199 and when I signed up for email/texts, I received an additional 20% off my purchase.

Reese’s Book Club

I’ve been enjoying following  Reese’s Book Club (Reese Witherspoon), where each month Reese and team, choose a book with a woman at the center of the story. I just finished reading two book club recommendations, Counterfeit and First Lie Wins, and I recommend adding both to your summer reading list.
