As we head into the big holiday week, many of us will be spending some down-time at the pool, lake, or beach. So before you head off, I wanted I’d share some of my favorite looks and styles – to keep you chic and cool, as you settle down to relax with your favorite beach read.
Perhaps it’s my age, or call it the latest trend, I am having a moment with one-piece swimsuits this season. So much so I picked up two; the ‘Ava’ one-piece by Robin Piccone in black (HERE) along with the Plunge Halter in navy blue (HERE), to add to my swimwear collection. I found a huge selection over at Everything But Water. I like that most suits are available try on in the store, and if they are sold out of your size, they will happily order it for you. Today’s Poolside Look allows for a bit more coverage, before settling down on your lounge chair. I have worn this look in Las Vegas (it’s a long haul from the room to the pool), as well as at the Country Club. I’ve also worn this kimono on it’s own at the beach. Light weight, I can tie it in front on a windy day, when things get blowing every which way. The accessory lover I am, I layered on a Gorjana necklace, earrings, and bangle (more in this post HERE), and my favorite Eric Javits fedora. My exact sandals can be found in my 30 Pairs of Sale Shoes Round-Up (HERE).

These pants look awesome with the swimsuit and kimono. Perfect for vacation and drinks at the pool. Thanks for joining the Ageless Style Link up party.
Hi Nicole! I do love these pants – especially for when I want to be a bit more covered up, and yes, they work perfectly for pool to cocktails! xx
