Anyone try remixing your winter wardrobe this week – with items found in your closet?
If you missed Saturday’s post, on how I go about remixing my winter look,

Speaking of fun winter accessories, this past Saturday, I posted a pic on Instagram,
of my girlfriend’s rainboots, as she walked ahead of me, in the rain.
Quite a few of you inquired as to the origins of this fun boot. It’s from Dav. Unfortunately, this exact style is sold out, but Dav has some really chic, all weather boots, on their site.
Here’s the link if you want to take a look | HERE | Dav is also available, at Nordstrom.com.

Anyone check out ThredUp?

While we are talking consignment shopping, while visiting Fillmore & 5th a few weeks ago, I picked up this unique jacket- which I recently had a chance to wear.
Regularly $334.00, I paid $133.00 | new, with tags attached.
Is it a jacket? Maybe a sweatshirt? Perhaps a coat.
Whatever it is, I love it. I planned to pair it up with denim – that would be easy. But on this particular day, I was more in the mood for a sweater dress, and booties – so I paired it up with this space dye sweater dress by French Connection, purchased a few years ago at Nordstrom.
I think I like it!

Ok, so what’s up with the big secret?
First off, anyone else have an issue with their jeans or pants falling down?
You know what I mean. You’ve got your skinnies on, all is well. You sit down to dinner – maybe plumber crack? It all depends on how low the rise is on your jeans – but lets just say, it’s not a good look. You get up and immediately have to hike your pants back up, because they have fallen down, and are now slightly sagging in the butt.
Anyone been there?
Not any more, thanks to 2 great inventions:
Hip Hugger
I have also seen it at Joann’s Fabrics, and Old Navy.
Beltaway
Both work, so what’s the difference, aside from price?
The Hip Hugger works like a suspender, keeping your pants in place. The Beltaway works like a belt, SANS the bulky belt buckle – creating a smooth front, no bulge look. Either way, it removes the excess gap in your pants – keeping them up – creating the slimming fit, we all want!
See? No belt buckle budge, and my pants are nice and secure.
This past weekend, my girlfriends pants kept slipping – so I removed my Beltaway and made her try it out for the evening. Winner winner, she loved it! I promised her I would add the link to this post, so she could pick one up.
I tell you, these babies are life changing, and no one is paying me to say so. I just want you all to experience the life changing moment, of no longer having to hike your pants up!
Stay cozy ladies, and have a great week!
XOXO
Suzanne

Hi Elisa! The Hip Hugger and BeltAway are must haves for anyone who doesn’t tuck every top in. I don’t know what I did before I found it! It’s a life saver! XO
Oh, Beltaway sounds like a fantastic product!!! I’ll have to give them a try! Thanks for sharing, Suzanne!
Hi Andrea! I love my BeltAway (I think it needs a new name though :)) I usually don’t tuck my tops in, so for me it is a must have! Have a great weekend! XO
