While the rest of the country is defrosting, here in California, thanks to warmer temps, we get an early preview of what will be trending for spring.
Along with white denim, shades of rose quartz (which I’m loving paired with army green, off white, and light grey), taupe leather tones, kimonos, draped blazers, leather moto jackets (not just in black), python, lace up shoes in every variety, peep toe booties – I’m loving all the cold shoulder and off the shoulder tops.
Perfect for spring and summer, paired up with denim, for any occasion.
Let’s take a look!

And, as we move into Spring, I’m loving this look:

I do love the cold shoulder look! In fact, I just wore one yesterday when it was an unseasonable 50+ degrees here in NC! As a style coach, I encourage my clients to try this peek-a-boo look because the shoulders are the ‘last to go’ and because it’s easy to show a little skin without exposing too much. We have quite a few cold shoulder tops, tunics and dresses in our boutique (http://www.shopstylefinder.com) that are all easy to wear, easy to care for and right on target for spring!
Hi Mary Michelle! So happy you stopped by, I love your site! You are so right about the shoulders- the last to go! Lucky for all of us, they are in every style, color, print and solid for spring – I’m so excited about this fun trend! Bring on Spring – I’m ready! XO
I look forward to trying on some cold shoulder tops! I also was reminded that “the shoulders are the last to go”… 🙂
I’m loving them too! I like the cold shoulder option because it allows me to wear a regular bra – I hate strapless bras! Hope you had a nice weekend!
